Distortions in our bodies that can show up as pain, inflammation, cellulite, building blocky areas of the body are usually caused by misuse and overuse.  We also all have different areas of our body that have changes in our fascia connective tissue that we can’t explain how or why it has changed.  

During this remote assessment, I first have you send me photos of yourself.  I assess them and your biomechanics and build from these and educate you as to why your body is feeling or looking in a way that you’re not pleased with.
